During an 'Other Side' reading, my goal is to connect to your loved ones on the other side and deliver messages and validations to you in hopes that you are met with joy, comfort and peace through the process.

THE 'OTHER SIDE' READING PROCESS

It is completely natural to want to hear from certain people during a reading. Usually, the strongest spirit from your group of departed loved ones, or the one who has the most important message, comes through first. Often, this energy is who you are hoping to hear from the most. Sometimes, it's not who you expect to hear from, but they have a very important message for you OR someone living who is very close to you. I respect this and allow them to come through with their messages because your loved ones on the other side are allowing them to go first.

After we have connected to those spirits who need to come through first, I will ask you for the person/s you want to hear from most. If we haven't connected to him/her yet, I WILL CONNECT TO THEM FOR YOU AT THAT TIME! This will hopefully help alleviate any anxiety to hear from certain loved ones during the reading and hopefully allow you to be very open to the energies that come through first, in case they are not who you were hoping to hear from the most.

FRIENDS & FAMILY

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ALL OF YOUR LOVED ONES - FRIENDS & FAMILY - ARE WITH YOU ALL THE TIME, INCLUDING DURING YOUR READING. IF THEY DO NOT COME FORWARD FIRST, IT SIMPLY MEANS THEY ARE BEING GRACIOUS IN LETTING OTHER LOVED ONES, WHO THEY BELIEVE NEED TO, COME THROUGH BEFORE THEM. ALSO, REMEMBER THEY KNOW THAT YOU ARE WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM SPECIFICALLY AND YOU WILL ASK FOR THEM LATER ON IN THE READING!

Please try not to place any expectations beforehand about who will immediately come through for you and what they will say. Any expectations on your part may lead to disappointment and will most definitely block the process of those trying to get through to you from getting through effectively.

HOW SPIRIT COMMUNICATES

It takes a tremendous amount of energy for your loved ones to communicate with the Medium. It is all out of love for you!

Communicating with spirit is not like a normal conversation between living beings. Only bits and pieces of information, words, names, facts, images, etc come through and it's the Medium's job to deliver that information as objectively and clearly as possible. A reading is a 3 way conversation between you, the Medium and your loved ones. Your loved ones know that the bits and pieces they do get through will make sense to YOU, even if not to the Medium.

During the reading, your departed loved ones will make references to names, descriptions and facts about: 1) Themselves, 2) Other departed loved ones with them on the spirit relm, 3) You & your life and 4) Important people still in your life now and from your past.
Again, your loved ones who are departed will acknowledge people who WERE and ARE in your life and who are passed AND still alive (such as friends, family, etc).
Please keep this in mind and remember that the information I receive from your loved ones and share with you will be about persons both PASSED and ALIVE.
This is your departed loved one's way to validate for you that they are still around you, seeing everything that is happening currently in your life and recognizing and acknowledging things from your past as well.

VALIDATION

Often times spirit comes through with very specific but somewhat random or strange things. The reason is to validate their identity and to prove they are still with you, sharing your life with you from the other side, leaving you without any doubt they are here.
I like to use this example: If I walk into a room of 100 people and say, "Someone is here who passed of a heart attack," 99 people will raise their hand and claim the spirit, because most people know someone who had a heart attack and that is simply not specific enough.
But if I say, "Someone here is named Patty and she says you have a pair of her blue earrings," your loved ones in spirit are able to undoubtably prove they are here, communicating with you and me.

QUESTIONS & YOUR ROLE

As I am reading you, I will ask questions to make sure you understand what is being said; questions like,"Does this make sense? Do you understand?" Please try to only answer questions, "YES, NO or I DON'T KNOW." Please do not give or say any names or other descriptive information as that is how I am able to validate the loved one for you. Thank you!

YOUR LOVED ONES ON THE OTHER SIDE WANT TO ACHIEVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU DO: TO PROVE AND VALIDATE THEIR EXISTENCE FOR YOU!

Your departed loved ones wish to 'prove' to you that, although they are no longer with you physically, they are in spirit watching over you and your loved ones, guiding and protecting you, sharing your life with you from the other side. They will acknowledge what's going on in your life now and possibly offer you guidance. They will want to give messages, possibly find closure or make amends with you or other living family members and friends.
In case they do not answer pressing questions you have for them ...

YOU WILL HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO ASK YOUR LOVED ONES ON THE OTHER SIDE ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE!

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR READING

1) You can spend a few minutes before the reading thinking about the people you would like to hear from.

2)  You also may want to gather photos/artifacts, etc and have them near you before/during the reading. Your departed loved ones will respond to this and step forward.

3) Spend a few minutes before the reading 'winding down,' perhaps take a few deep breaths.

4) If you eat, make it something light, and please, no alcohol.

5)  Also, please try to find a quiet, peaceful place where you will not be disturbed.

QUESTIONS
A READING CAN BE VERY EMOTIONAL AND FULL OF INFORMATION. OFTEN TIMES, IN THE MOMENT, YOUR MIND MAY GO BLANK AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO THINK OF THE QUESTIONS YOU WANTED TO ASK.  I CAN ONLY ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS DURING YOUR READING BECAUSE I NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO YOUR LOVED ONES TO DO SO. I STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL CLIENTS PREPARE A LIST OF QUESTIONS FOR  YOUR LOVED ONES WHO COME THROUGH DURING YOUR READING.

You may also want to prepare a list of questions for me.

LIST
Some find it useful, prior to their reading, to write down names of relatives/friends/etc. who are alive and have passed and who are from your present or your past, so they have something to refer to during the reading. PLEASE, HOWEVER, DO NOT SOLELY DEPEND ON THIS LIST ALONE. ONLY USE IT AS A REFERENCE.

PAPER & PEN
Even though the reading is recorded, I strongly suggest that you please keep a paper and pen handy to jot down information received during the reading. This enables you to review the information given after the reading is over and to also remember what was said. 

RECORDING
As a courtesy to you and included in the cost of your reading, I will digitally record your reading so you can have a recorded copy to review and keep!

It usually takes 1 -2 days for me to email you your recorded reading. Please feel free to use your own recording device as well if you'd like a backup or copy faster.
